Sales Manager – Ready-Mix Concrete Factory
Location: Western Kingdom of Saudi Arabia / Riyadh

About the Company
A leading ready-mix concrete factory in Riyadh, providing integrated solutions for the contracting sector and residential and commercial projects, operating according to the highest standards of quality and safety, and striving to expand its market share and build long-term strategic partnerships.

Job Objective
We are looking for a professional sales manager with deep experience in the ready-mix concrete sector, capable of leading the sales team, developing effective strategies to increase sales, building strong relationships with contracting companies and real estate developers, and achieving sustainable growth in the market.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the ready-mix concrete sector in Riyadh
  • Lead and develop the sales team, monitor their performance, and achieve targets
  • Build strategic relationships with contracting companies, real estate developers, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements and follow up on their implementation
  • Analyze the market and competitors and identify new opportunities
  • Prepare periodic reports for senior management on performance and sales
  • Coordinate with production, operations, quality, and marketing to ensure compliance with deadlines and customer requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Experience of no less than 8 – 12 years in the field of ready-mix concrete sales
  • Proven experience as a sales manager or head of sales department in a concrete factory
  • Strong knowledge of the contracting market and projects in Riyadh
  • Strong network of relationships with contracting companies and developers
  • High negotiation skills, closing deals, and team management
  • High ability to achieve goals and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and reporting
  • Valid driving license

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in expansion and opening new markets
  • Proven track record of increasing market share
  • Engineering or management background (not a requirement)
