Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profit growth.
  • Lead, train, and develop the sales team to ensure achievement of targets.
  • Monitor team performance regularly and provide reports to senior management.
  • Analyze market and competitor landscapes to identify new opportunities.
  • Build strategic relationships with key customers and maintain their satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports related to sales and budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures.
  • Negotiate and close major deals.
