We are looking for a "salesperson" to work in one of our branches. The main responsibility is to assist customers in choosing glasses and eye care products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a distinctive customer experience in the store. The main tasks: Receiving customers and assisting them in selecting the appropriate products. Achieving the specified sales targets for the branch. Organizing and arranging products within the store and maintaining the overall appearance. The required qualifications: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers. Working days: 6 days a week, 8 working hours including a break hour. Flexibility to work in variable shifts (work one shift but can be changed as needed). Available shifts (morning shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or evening shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM). Enthusiasm and desire for professional growth and development. The benefits: Fixed salary + commissions on sales when achieving the target. Medical insurance.
