Oudlover is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive the growth of our FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector. As a representative, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct market visits and assess customer needs.
• Prepare sales reports and share market insights.
• Ensure product visibility and availability at retail points.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet targets and manage client accounts.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Maximize sales to achieve monthly and quarterly budget • Guarantee high standards when it comes to customer service • Keep the sales area full, the store organized and clean at all times • Maintain enthusiasm and high energy level on the shop floor • Follow standard visual merchandising guidelines • Support in ensuring stock is effectively measured and controlled to meet sales demand and manage waste • Support peers in ensuring proper customer service and build trusted relationships with customers • Support in cashier duties during shift.

The Impact You’ll Make
In this position, you will:

• Promote 3M Industrial Adhesive and tapes products to both end-users and channel partners.
• Implement new product introductions and execute defined sales strategies to acquire new customers and generate demand in the Saudi market.
• Work closely with the EMEA functional team.
• Support our valued channel partners and solve design challenges faced by end-users.
• Manage the CRM system effectively, tracking records according to company expectations.

Your Skills and Expertise
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:

• Saudi nationality is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably structural engineering.
• Experience in sales and technical solutions.
• Ability to conduct daily domestic travel to meet customers.
• Strong communication skills and a proven sales attitude.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Job Specifics
The preferred locations for this role are Riyadh, Dammam, Jubail, and Qatif. Expect to travel at least four days a week to meet customers across Saudi Arabia, with one day at the 3M office or from home. This is a full-time remote position with a compensation package that includes 70% monthly base pay and 30% quarterly variable pay based on sales results. 3M provides an excellent allowance and benefits package.
