Neweast Isuzu KSA is excited to invite driven and results-oriented individuals to apply for the role of Fleet Sales Representative (Outdoor) in Riyadh and Dammam. This position is perfect for those passionate about commercial truck sales and field sales within the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily field visits to potential and existing fleet clients.
  • Promote and sell commercial trucks with tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals professionally.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client data using CRM tools.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in fleet/trucks sales, preferably with Isuzu or commercial trucks.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi truck and fleet market.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a field sales mindset.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
  • Proficient in Arabic; English is a plus.
  • High school diploma or higher.

  • A solid understanding of the Middle East market with established relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to interact positively with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Advanced sales capabilities, showcasing commitment to strategy, customer relations, negotiation, and closing sales.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Technical proficiency in Salesforce.
