Job Responsibilities:

  • Phone communication with potential clients and explaining the details of real estate projects (show villas).

  • Responding to client inquiries via phone and WhatsApp accurately and professionally.

  • Coordinating site visit appointments between clients and the site supervisor (field).

  • Updating the client database and following up with "interested clients" until the sale is completed.

  • Submitting periodic reports on call performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements and Conditions:

  • Nationality: For Saudi women only.

  • Skills: High eloquence in speaking and exceptional ability to persuade and negotiate.

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales is preferred (especially in the real estate or banking sector).

  • Technology: Providing a computer, fast internet connection, and the ability to handle data entry programs.

  • Availability: Commitment to the specified working hours with complete seriousness.
