As part of the expansion of Aleen Real Estate Company, we are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Sales Specialist to enhance our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly follow up with potential customers until completing the sale process and closing the deal.
• Receive customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions according to company policies.
• Accurately update customer data and sales stages through the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in real estate sales.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, customer data management, and follow-up process management.
• High communication and negotiation skills.
• Good proficiency in spoken English.
• Full-time availability for work.
• Able to work towards monthly targets and in a team-oriented spirit.

• Contribute to Revenue Growth: Contribute towards sales performance by identifying opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and executing commercial plans that expand market share.

The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring

• This opportunity is primarily designed for talents with 0-3 years of corporate experience.
• Strong interest in Sales and/or Marketing functions, with a clear motivation to build a career in these and other Commercial functions.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic, written and spoken is required for this role.

About the role:
We are looking for an ambitious person with strong communication skills, capable of dealing with clients professionally and contributing to achieving sales goals.

Tasks:

• Receiving clients and communicating with them effectively
• Presenting real estate projects and explaining their details
• Following up on potential clients and converting them into sales
• Achieving the specified sales targets
• Updating client data and reports continuously

Requirements:

• Experience in sales (preferably in real estate)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work part-time (flexible hours)
