Role Overview:

Your Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Growth: Meet key performance indicators on monetization and revenue growth by engaging with and educating partners.
  • Relationship Building: Serve as a dedicated advisor to your pool of partner accounts and ensure a superior partner experience.
  • Sales: Use consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs while utilizing upsell and cross-sell strategies.

Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with:
  • Demonstrable experience in a partner-facing role with a focus on delivering commercial outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to improve outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.

  • Collaborate with presales, project delivery, and support to ensure smooth handovers, timely deliveries, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing to inform sales strategies and positioning.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to generate leads while supporting light marketing tasks such as preparing brochures and basic content as needed.
  • Utilize AI and productivity tools to streamline prospecting, research, and proposal drafting.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills; ability to collaborate with technical teams.
  • Familiarity with basic marketing and content tools for light support (*, brochures, simple visuals) is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of AI-based tools for prospecting, research, and content assistance is a plus.
  • Saudi nationality preferred.

Work Details:
  • Working hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
  • Location: Riyadh – Hybrid (on-site and remote), with regular travel for client meetings, site visits, and events.
