Join Tabashir as a Sales Executive!
Tabashir is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will focus on driving new business acquisition and achieving sales targets in the designated territory. This role demands a strong understanding of the B2B market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, lead generation, and networking activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how Tabashir’s solutions meet these needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase Tabashir’s value proposition and address client concerns.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking progress and adapting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on lead generation initiatives and overall sales strategies.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage and track client interactions and progress throughout the sales cycle.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports to management detailing progress, challenges, and insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities, adapting sales approaches to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Participate in company training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales expertise.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the B2B sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems.
  • A proactive approach and dedication to achieving goals.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
