Rad Company is looking for a sales specialist in the field of cybersecurity to join its active and growing team. The candidate is expected to have prior experience in selling software or technical services, with a genuine passion for developing their career in the rapidly growing cybersecurity sector.

The sales specialist will work closely with specialized technical and consulting teams to provide modern cybersecurity solutions to the company's clients across various sectors and contribute to expanding the client base and developing the company's business.

1. Knowledge of Products and Pre-Sales Technical Support

  • Develop specialized knowledge of all aspects of the cybersecurity products and services offered by the company.
  • Deliver presentations about the products and effectively communicate the added values to potential clients.
  • Provide the necessary technical and commercial details to assist clients in making purchasing decisions.
  • Support pre-sales activities such as presentations, preparing technical specifications, licensing planning, and assisting in preparing tenders and bids.

2. Business Development and Sales Strategy

  • Develop and implement market entry plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly plans to forecast revenues and define marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and implement sales plans to target and qualify potential clients in Saudi Arabia to achieve sales goals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospects, presenting solutions, qualifying clients, preparing proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Prepare quotes and contracts and coordinate for proof of concept (PoC) tests.
  • Continuously update the client and opportunity database through the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

4. Supplier Relationship Management

  • Develop and implement semi-annual business plans with relevant suppliers and ensure that agreed-upon goals are met.
  • Continuously update business opportunity lists and provide periodic reports to suppliers on business developments.

5. Other Tasks

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the company or the direct manager.
