Please note that this opportunity is not a job but rather a part-time position that can be worked alongside your main job. If you have sales and persuasion skills, real estate experience, customer management on systems, and closing deals, and you have 5 hours dedicated to this per day — then this opportunity is suitable for you. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Receiving clients interested in the exclusive projects managed by Jidra. - Understanding the project fully: prices, models, payment plans, advantages, and competitors. - Communicating with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and field meetings. - Identifying the client's needs and providing the best suitable options. - Coordinating visits to the site or exhibition. - Professionally following up with clients until closing the sale and signing contracts. - Registering clients in the customer relationship management system, classifying them, and preparing daily reports. - Continuous collaboration with the marketing team to improve the quality of clients. - Building long-term relationships with clients and maintaining their satisfaction. Required Qualifications: - You have experience of no less than one to two years in sales (preferably real estate). - You have high communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. - You have a strong commitment to follow-up, time management, and field attendance. - You have a professional appearance and behavior that reflects the company’s image. - You have the ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly goals. - You have a laptop and are proficient in using CRM and basic systems.

Job Purpose:

Managing daily operations within the furniture exhibition, supervising customer experience, achieving sales targets, and directly participating in the sales process by receiving customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with appropriate solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing the daily workflow within the exhibition and ensuring its readiness to receive customers.
  • Receiving and dealing with customers directly and professionally.
  • Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate advice in selecting furniture.
  • Explaining products in terms of materials, sizes, colors, designs, and prices.
