About the Sales Specialist Role
360Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of sales experience to drive product and solution growth within the market. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing client relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales growth strategies to increase market share for products and solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through deal closure.
- Prepare sales presentations and commercial proposals, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
- Monitor market performance, analyze competitors, and provide regular reports to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, support, operations) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve approved monthly and annual sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Experience level: 2-5 years.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to persuade and build lasting professional relationships.
- Capacity to work effectively under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.

Work Environment and Location
