About the Sales Specialist Role

360Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in sales, focused on driving growth and building client relationships within the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales growth strategies to increase market share for products and solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through deal closure.
  • Prepare sales presentations and commercial proposals, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
  • Monitor market performance, analyze competitors, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, support, operations) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve approved monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Proven ability to persuade and build lasting professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel and visit clients when required.

Essential Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.

Work Environment and Location
