At NOK Human Capital, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Junior Sales Specialist specializing in SaaS ERP & CRM solutions. This is a full-time position located in the vibrant cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam, where you will play a vital role in expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and qualify new business leads through calls, connections, and email outreach.
  • Build and maintain a robust lead pipeline utilizing CRM tools.
  • Introduce our SaaS ERP & CRM solutions to potential clients.
  • Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for our sales team.
  • Follow up with prospects and assist in the sales process.

Requirements:
  • Must be Saudi.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in telesales, SaaS, or software sales.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Target-driven and comfortable with outbound calls.
