About the Role
The Sales Specialist at Target Reach plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling professional training courses and programs to individuals and organizations.   • Support learners and clients with registration, payment follow-up, and onboarding.
  • Handle objections professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Reporting & CRM Discipline
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates including leads, activities, stages, and forecasts.
  • Track conversion rates, pipeline health, and customer feedback.
  • Provide weekly sales reports and insights on market demand and competitor offerings.

Requirements (Must Have)
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in training, education, or services sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and daily outreach activities.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Odoo, and proficiency in Excel.
