As we expand in the real estate development sector, we seek a motivated Property Sales Advisor to join our team in Riyadh, KSA.

About the Role:
As a Property Sales Advisor, you will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding client needs, presenting suitable property options, and negotiating deals to successfully finalize transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and understand the requirements of potential customers and recommend suitable property options.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity data related to visits, interactions, and sourcing marketing channels.
  • Continuously review sales strategies to ensure target achievement.
  • Inform customers about financing options available.
  • Negotiate pricing in special scenarios with senior management to close deals.
  • Prioritize activities based on the monthly sales plan and target agreements.
  • Facilitate signing of contracts and ensure down payments are received from customers or financing partners.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports detailing sales activities, number of visits, leads served, and marketing sources.

Requirements:
Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2C sales within the banking (financial plans, loans, credit cards, mortgages) or real estate industry.

  • Provide weekly sales reports and insights on market demand and competitor offerings.

Requirements (Must Have)
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in training, education, or services sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and daily outreach activities.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Odoo, and proficiency in Excel.
