Join Tesla as a Sales Supervisor!
As a high-performing and energetic member of the leadership team, you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for the flawless execution of store operations, driving performance, and achieving targets.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Partner with store leadership to execute the vision and strategies.
  • Coach, train, and develop Tesla Advisors at your location.
  • Analyze data and manage progress with Store leadership.
  • Support the team with customer escalations and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Maintain store expenses while seeking improvements.

What You'll Bring:
  • Strong sales performance and understanding of the business.
  • Track record of coaching and mentoring.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • A valid GCC driver's license.
