Job Overview:
We at Zinco are looking for an experienced showroom sales supervisor in the field of sanitary tools or lighting tools, who has the ability to find solutions to enhance the performance of the sales team. This job aims to improve sales results by training the team and providing them with continuous support, in addition to achieving the required standards for the showroom.

Responsibilities:
  • Distributing the monthly sales target among the sellers to ensure the overall target is achieved.
  • Determining each seller's share based on past performance and analyzing the showroom's needs.
  • Regularly following up on sales performance evaluation to ensure performance improvement.
  • Monitoring sales across all departments and enhancing their growth.
  • Distributing resources fairly among departments to achieve effective sales.

Requirements:
  • Experience ranging from 3 to 5 years in the field of showroom sales.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and sales management software.
  • A leadership personality capable of motivating the team.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
