We are looking for a motivated individual to enhance customer service and boost sales performance in our Riyadh branch. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Monitoring current clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Conducting regular field visits to meet client needs.
  • Attracting and acquiring new clients to expand our customer base and increase sales.
  • Following up on collections to ensure clients meet financial obligations.
  • Preparing and submitting weekly reports on updates and sales performance to upper management.
  • Maintaining professional email correspondence and transactions.
As a Sales Supervisor, you will be expected to:
  • Plan and execute daily and weekly client visits.
  • Monitor performance indicators and achieve specific goals.
Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for report preparation and data analysis. Experience in retail sales, particularly in skincare and cosmetics, is preferred.
