About the Role:
The Senior Secretary will play a crucial role in supporting the organization with correspondence, records maintenance, business agendas, and follow-up of pending matters. Responsibilities include:
  • Screening correspondence and telephone calls.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Coordinating arrangements for meetings.

Requirements:
Potential candidates must have:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a Secretarial role.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
