As a Security Supervisor at Mansard Riyadh, a Radisson Collection, you will lead with vigilance and professionalism while ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property. This role is critical as you maintain high security standards and guide your security team to provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the security department to maintain high standards.
  • Lead and mentor the security team, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest inquiries.
  • Support departmental plans and objectives to achieve hotel targets.
  • Control costs and manage inventory in collaboration with management.
