We are seeking a dedicated Cashier to join our team and provide excellent customer service while handling financial transactions accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payments, operating cash registers and POS systems, handling cash and credit card transactions, maintaining accurate cash drawer balances, and assisting customers with inquiries about products and services. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with company policies, maintain a clean and organized checkout area, and collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience for all customers.

• Managing the hiring process end-to-end
• Sourcing and reaching out to strong candidates (especially in game dev)
• Working closely with the founders to define hiring needs
• Building a solid talent pipeline for future roles
• Improving how we hire and how candidates experience the process

• Strong communication skills
• Good judgment when it comes to people and potential
• Previous experience in hiring (gaming/tech is a plus, not required)
