About the Role

Qiddiya is developing Saudi Arabia's premier destination for entertainment, sports, and culture, a large-scale project located near Riyadh. This initiative aims to create a global hub featuring diverse attractions. As construction progresses, Qiddiya seeks motivated individuals to contribute to its development. The role of Specialist - Financial Modelling - Asset Management is key to the success of the Next-Gen Theme Park (NTC) precinct, supporting the Asset Management team with data-driven insights and financial analysis.

Role Context

The NTC precinct is being developed as a sport, entertainment, and lifestyle destination, intended to integrate elite events, community engagement, and premium hospitality. The Specialist - Financial Modelling - Asset Management will support the Asset Management team in optimizing the performance of this precinct through robust financial analysis and operational intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support financial modelling, operational intelligence, and performance analysis for the NTC asset portfolio.
  • Provide strategic insights to enhance venue utilization, commercial performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze venue utilization, programming, revenue generation, and operational trends to identify improvement areas.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy and strategic alignment.
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards, KPI reports, and business intelligence tools for performance visibility.
  • Monitor operational, commercial, and guest experience performance metrics for venues and events.
  • Support operator performance reporting, compliance monitoring, and governance tracking.
  • Assist in preparing business cases, feasibility assessments, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain the integrity of operational and financial data across relevant systems and platforms.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries for leadership.
  • Support risk management activities, compliance reporting, and audit preparation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including reporting automation and systems optimization.
  • Collaborate with venue operations, finance, commercial, and asset management teams to facilitate integrated decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, operational reporting, business intelligence, or similar analytical roles.
  • Experience or a strong interest in sport, entertainment, venues, hospitality, or major events environments is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Experience in financial modelling, operational reporting, or dashboard development is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of budgeting, KPI reporting, and commercial performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional operational and commercial teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and a passion for sport, entertainment, and live experiences.
  • Experience with reporting systems, visualization tools, or business intelligence platforms is advantageous.
