Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound Operations:
    • Oversee accurate processing of inbound shipments.
    • Inspect incoming stock for quality and condition.
    • Coordinate with Quality Control for discrepancies and vendor returns.
  • Outbound Operations:
    • Supervise order picking, packing, and shipping.
    • Resolve errors proactively.
    • Ensure packing standards are met, especially for fragile items.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Manage stock movement with full traceability.
    • Lead cycle counts and stock audits.
    • Prepare inventory reports for decision-making.
  • Logistics & Last-Mile Delivery:
    • Plan driver routes for efficiency.
    • Supervise dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery.
    • Monitor last-mile KPIs and manage exceptions.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and manage large teams of warehouse staff.
    • Create effective staff schedules for productivity.
    • Drive continuous improvement and team development.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics, or Civil Engineering.
  • 5+ years of telecom site/project supervision experience in Saudi/GCC.
  • Hands-on exposure to equipment from Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, or ZTE.
  • Vendor certifications are preferred.

Skills:
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills (English essential, Arabic a plus).
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to travel across KSA for site supervision.
