Job Summary:
The marketing employee works to enhance the cafe's image and increase footfall by innovating and implementing effective marketing strategies, whether through social media or field campaigns. The goal is to attract customers, increase sales, and build strong brand loyalty.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and implementing marketing plans that fit the identity of the cafe.

  • Managing the cafe's accounts on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat... etc).

  • Coordinating photo sessions and collaborating with influencers and photographers.

  • Analyzing feedback and continuously monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns.

  • Innovating ideas for offers, competitions, or events inside the cafe to attract customers.

  • Monitoring the market and competitors to develop marketing methods.

  • Coordinating with management to set sales goals and seasonal campaigns.

Required Skills:

  • High creativity in content writing and photography.

  • Strong knowledge of managing advertising campaigns on social media.

  • Excellent communication skills with customers and influencers.

  • Ability to analyze data and evaluate results.

  • High organization and ability to work under pressure.

Educational Qualification:

  • A degree in marketing, business administration, media, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in cafe or restaurant marketing is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Saudi National (required, with full GOSI registration under District Flowers)

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or admin roles (preferred)

  • Passion for flowers, aesthetics, and customer satisfaction

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Willingness to work in cool storage environments

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Arabic required, English a plus)

  • Basic knowledge of floral types and handling (training will be provided)
