Job Summary:
The marketing employee works to enhance the cafe's image and increase footfall by innovating and implementing effective marketing strategies, whether through social media or field campaigns. The goal is to attract customers, increase sales, and build strong brand loyalty.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Preparing and implementing marketing plans that fit the identity of the cafe.
Managing the cafe's accounts on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat... etc).
Coordinating photo sessions and collaborating with influencers and photographers.
Analyzing feedback and continuously monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns.
Innovating ideas for offers, competitions, or events inside the cafe to attract customers.
Monitoring the market and competitors to develop marketing methods.
Coordinating with management to set sales goals and seasonal campaigns.
Required Skills:
