Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests warmly, providing a friendly atmosphere.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage items.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout the service.
• Process payments accurately and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Address any guest concerns promptly, ensuring their utmost satisfaction.
• Assist in opening and closing duties and stay updated on menu changes.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience as a waiter in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work various shifts and manage high-pressure situations.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
