Join Our Team as a Head Waiter!
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Head Waiter to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional dining experiences while leading and inspiring our wait staff.

Responsibilities:

Lead by example, prioritizing memorable guest experiences and motivating team members.
Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the dining area.
Act as a liaison between the dining room and kitchen, handling requests and inquiries from guests and staff.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and special events.
Train and mentor new wait staff, ensuring adherence to service standards.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in inventory management and cost control measures.
Contribute to the development of new service procedures and standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a busy restaurant or upscale dining establishment.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and guest needs.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including POS systems and reservation management software.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
Team player with a supportive and collaborative approach.
Familiarity with local cuisine and customs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (preferred).
Food safety certification (preferred).
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
