Join Multilink Management Consultants as a Warehouse Manager!
We are a leading manpower solutions provider in India with over 30 years of experience in sourcing skilled and unskilled manpower for multiple industries in the Gulf.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
  • Ensure proper material identification, tagging, and preservation as per project and client standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and material tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with procurement, project, and construction teams for timely material availability.
  • Supervise warehouse staff, storekeepers, and logistics personnel.
  • Implement and monitor FIFO / LIFO inventory systems where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies, storage safety standards, and housekeeping practices.
  • Monitor material movements, shortages, damages, and discrepancies and report accordingly.
  • Manage material receiving inspections (in coordination with QA/QC).
  • Prepare and submit warehouse reports, stock reports, and audits.
  • Coordinate transportation and logistics activities for site requirements.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous materials as per regulations.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation.
  • Implement warehouse management systems and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in warehouse management in Oil & Gas / EPC projects.
  • Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of material management systems and ERP (SAP preferred).
  • Familiarity with Aramco / international standards.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align inventory management with business objectives.
  • Providing actionable insights based on inventory data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager.
  • Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
  • Advanced knowledge of inventory control within ERP systems.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS, OS, etc.).
  • Good writing and speaking skills in English and Arabic.
