We aim to innovate and enhance our operations continually. We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Specialist to ensure safe, accurate, and compliant operations in our warehouses.

Job Purpose:
To execute safe and compliant warehouse operations for medical devices, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatching, and handling returns, ensuring product integrity and on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive inbound shipments and verify documentation.
  • Store products using FEFO/FIFO and manage inventory accurately.
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders within set SLAs.
  • Maintain warehouse records for audits and ensure clean labeling.
  • Support cycle counts and maintain warehouse safety practices.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse operations, preferably in medical devices or related sectors.

Work Environment:

Key Responsibilities:

    Coordinate inbound shipments, customs clearance, and delivery schedules. Handle outbound deliveries for finished products and spare parts. Ensure proper documentation and communication with suppliers and transporters.
  • Systems & Reporting:
    Record all transactions in ERP or inventory software. Prepare warehouse, inventory, and logistics reports. Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Operations, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in warehouse or operations roles (electronics or manufacturing preferred).
  • Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Zoho, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and component handling.
  • Knowledge of Modon regulations, SASO/Saber requirements, and local logistics processes.
