Jumeirah, a global leader in luxury hospitality, offers a unique opportunity for a Head Chef to join our Pool & Grill Kitchen team. This position is critical in maintaining our reputation for culinary excellence and innovative menu creation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative and diverse menus that reflect culinary trends and dietary preferences.
  • Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring consistency, freshness, and adherence to established recipes and standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, assigning tasks and providing training.
  • Manage food inventory levels and monitor stock rotation to minimize waste.
  • Analyze food costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Catering, Hospitality, or relevant field.
  • 10+ years of international experience in five-star hotels or restaurants.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
