At Tadawi Medical Group, we are dedicated to enhancing healthcare services and ensuring the highest quality standards. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quality Specialist to join our hospital team, playing a vital role in supporting continuous improvement of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on healthcare quality indicators and performance metrics.
  • Conduct internal audits and compliance assessments in line with hospital policies and accreditation standards.
  • Identify gaps in quality processes and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives.
  • Analyze clinical and operational data to support evidence-based quality improvements.
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to enhance patient care outcomes.
  • Support preparation for accreditation surveys and regulatory inspections.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to quality management systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Quality Management, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in healthcare quality or hospital operations.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards and quality frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quality reporting tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
