Role Overview:
You will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with a global clientele, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. This proactive, results-driven role requires a strong sales hunter mindset and excellent cold-calling skills.

Key Focus Areas:
  • Achievement of sales revenue targets.
  • Meeting KPIs set by the portfolio.
  • Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Timely reporting of sales results and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Execute sales strategies exclusively for Vibe.
  • Conduct daily cold calls and pitch solutions to prospective exhibitors.
  • Track sales pipeline and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to review progress.

Measures of Success:
  • Achievement of revenue targets.
  • Effectiveness in cold calling and lead generation.
  • New client acquisition and exhibitor satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven B2B and/or events sales experience.
  • Strong cold-calling skills and ability to pitch.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proactive, ambitious, results-driven mindset.
