- Achievement of sales revenue targets.
- Meeting KPIs set by the portfolio.
- Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Timely reporting of sales results and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Execute sales strategies exclusively for Vibe.
- Conduct daily cold calls and pitch solutions to prospective exhibitors.
- Track sales pipeline and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Participate in weekly meetings to review progress.
Measures of Success:
- Achievement of revenue targets.
- Effectiveness in cold calling and lead generation.
- New client acquisition and exhibitor satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven B2B and/or events sales experience.
- Strong cold-calling skills and ability to pitch.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proactive, ambitious, results-driven mindset.
