Responsibilities:
  • Identify business opportunities through market research and develop relationships with prospects.
  • Engage potential clients via meetings, calls, and networking to close profitable deals.
  • Prepare and submit tenders, negotiate contracts, and ensure clear communication with clients.
  • Maintain records of inquiries and report on sales efforts regularly.
  • Collaborate with the operations and invoicing teams to support order execution and collection processes.
  • Participate in exhibitions and conferences to represent our services effectively.
  • Handle customer complaints, ensuring their resolution and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience with a Degree or 8 years with a Diploma in relevant sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
