Job Responsibilities:
  • Sell a diverse range of company products to assigned customers.
  • Provide feedback on competition activity within your area.
  • Ensure proper implementation of planograms.
  • Issue special order requests as needed.
  • Collect invoices in accordance with the company’s aging policy.
  • Prepare necessary documents for call cycles or business reviews.
  • Identify new customers in your area for potential sales.
  • Handle customer complaints and report them to the sales team leader.
  • Present customer orders for daily collections.
  • Issue return forms for defective products with prior approval.
  • Conduct quarterly reconciliations of customer accounts.
  • Perform inventory checks at all locations visited.

Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum high school degree.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant sales experience.

  • Proposal Quality: Timely submission and accuracy of technical/financial proposals.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Client feedback following meetings or project delivery.
  • Client Retention & Growth: Increases in repeat business and retention rates of existing clients.
  • Process Compliance: Accuracy of reports and data entered in the CRM system.
