Join Diyar United Company as a Senior Technical Support Specialist for Electronic Gates Systems (E-Gates). As an industry leader in IT services, we are looking for a motivated individual to supervise operations and maintenance of Electronic Gates systems in both arrival and departure halls.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the operation and maintenance of E-Gates systems.
  • Lead the daily technical support team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Handle critical hardware and software incidents ensuring service restoration within defined SLA timelines.
  • Coordinate directly with relevant airport departments.
  • Monitor system integration with E-Gates.
  • Conduct periodic operational tests (Health Checks) for the gates.
  • Supervise system and software updates/upgrades.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on gate readiness status, fault/failure rates, response times, and operational performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity procedures and airport safety policies.
  • Coordinate during peak times and international flights to ensure a smooth passenger flow.
  • Supervise spare parts and maintenance inventory.
  • Represent the operating entity in technical meetings with airport management and government authorities.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong team management skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Proficient in technical and written English.
