We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Purchasing Manager to join our team at InterContinental Taif. As a Purchasing Manager, you will play a crucial role in handling the procurement process, sourcing suppliers, and managing vendor relationships to ensure a seamless supply chain and optimize costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies for cost optimization and enhancing supply chain efficiency.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to ethical and sustainability standards.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and payment terms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with organizational goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and pricing fluctuations.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Oversee inventory management strategies to avoid shortages and excess stock.
• Handle end-to-end Capex processes, ensure compliance and obtain necessary approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Purchasing Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement principles and best practices.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in budgeting and cost optimization.
• Analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
