Evaluate and select suppliers and solicit offers.
Execute purchase requests and coordinate the receipt of goods.
Monitor supplier performance and provide reports to upper management.
Manage negotiations with suppliers and study contracts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems or Supply Chain Management.
8 years of experience in procurement.
