- Provide specialized design and floral expertise for events such as weddings and functions.
- Prepare bouquets and centerpieces as per requests.
- Ensure all designs meet hotel standards and exceed guest expectations.
- Manage floral budgets and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain communication with departments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Order flowers and monitor arrivals from vendors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
- Participate in training and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications:- Good organizational and self-discipline skills.
- Engagement with guests and exemplary personal hygiene are essential.
- Previous experience in Housekeeping Operations is preferable.
- Proficient in English, both written and oral.
