Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Banquet Manager in leading the catering services effectively, ensuring the highest quality service.
- Supervise the catering staff, including supervisors, captains, drivers, and waiters, to maintain excellent service standards.
- Lead by example with punctuality and adherence to the hotel's dress code and grooming standards.
- Conduct daily and/or weekly meetings to foster teamwork and ensure seamless operations.
- Manage daily catering operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and high operational efficiency.
- Engage actively in event planning and communicate effectively with clients to meet their needs.
- Monitor costs, inventory, and supplies to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to align with Kempinski’s service philosophy.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all catering activities.
