Join Our Team as a Landscape Engineer!Five Moons Company is seeking an experienced Landscape Engineer to manage landscaping works integrated with facility management and pest control services. You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality softscape and hardscape environments while ensuring sustainable and compliant outdoor spaces across client sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, supervise, and maintain landscape works (softscape & hardscape) across FM-managed sites.
- Integrate landscape maintenance with pest control strategies to ensure healthy and pest-free environments.
- Oversee irrigation systems, water management, and sustainable landscaping practices.
- Select appropriate plant species suited to local climate while minimizing pest risks.
- Coordinate with pest control teams to implement preventive and corrective measures.
- Supervise contractors for landscaping, irrigation, and pest control services.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare maintenance, quality, and compliance reports.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Support cost estimation, BOQs, and procurement for landscaping and pest control services.
- Monitor service performance against SLAs and KPIs.
- Coordinate with FM operations teams for daily maintenance activities.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Engineering, Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.
- Certification in Pest Control or Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is a strong advantage.
Experience Requirements:- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in landscaping.
- Mandatory experience in Facility Management and/or Construction sectors.
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance (not only design).
- Hands-on experience working with pest control coordination or environmental management.
- Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or public facilities.
Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong knowledge of softscape, hardscape, and irrigation systems.
- Understanding of pest control practices and Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
- Ability to manage landscape maintenance operations within FM environments.
- Knowledge of local plant species and environmental conditions in Saudi Arabia.
- Contractor and vendor management skills.
- Cost control and basic commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (basic), reporting tools, and MS Office.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Requirements:- Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
- Familiarity with municipality and environmental regulations.
- Ability to handle both site execution and maintenance operations.
