- Work efficiently at the coffee counter, serving customers and providing an outstanding coffee experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of brewing equipment and ensure a neat workplace appearance.
- Contribute to team morale and be a friendly, approachable team player.
- Participate in training and development, enhancing beverage knowledge and service skills.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
- Manage inventory for coffee products and assist in menu planning for events.
