About the Role:The Patient Assistant is responsible for assessing the patient arrival and departure to the clinic as well as providing non-medical support during the treatment session.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive patients at the clinic main entrance and escort them to the treatment area.
- Show a welcoming attitude to patients and their families.
- Respectfully prevent family members from entering the treatment area.
- Assist patient needs and distribute meals as per the schedule.
- Assist with medication delivery and documentation requirements.
- Keep clinic equipment/assets (*, wheelchairs) in good condition.
- Help with daily delivery of consumables from the warehouse to the treatment area.
Qualifications:- Education – High school or equivalent.
- Experience – No experience needed.
Skills:- Flexible and adaptable.
- Personable and energetic.
Languages:Arabic is required, and English is also desirable.
