Key Responsibilities:- Manage the General Manager’s diary, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Handle telephone calls, correspondence, and emails with tact and efficiency.
- Take minutes at Executive Committee Meetings and manage follow-ups.
- Facilitate communication between departments and respond to special requests or complaints.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage detailed travel documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold the organization’s professional image.
Qualifications:We require candidates with a diploma education and a minimum of 5 years of secretarial experience, including 2 years in a senior management environment. Proficiency in English and knowledge of MS Office applications are essential. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset are key competencies for success in this position.
