Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Manage employee relations, performance management, and career development.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll in coordination with finance.
Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution.
Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management.
Foster diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in construction/engineering.
In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and visa/work permit processes.
Proficiency in HR software (SAP HR, Oracle HCM, or similar).
Strong experience with KPI-based performance management systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Overview
Fruit of Life Company is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources function. The successful candidate will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring full HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment process, onboarding, and employee life cycle
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Lead performance management and employee development programs
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal standards
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
Support organizational development and manpower planning
Advise leadership on HR strategy and structure

Requirements:

Saudi nationality (mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in FMCG or related sectors
In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Arabic and English
