Join Kempinski Hotels as a Sales Executive / Banquet Sales!We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to manage Leisure, Corporate, or Group accounts in our Sales & Marketing department at our luxurious hotel in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:- Solicit and follow up with existing and potential customers through phone, correspondence, or personal contact.
- Set up appointments, make sales calls, conduct telemarketing, and perform site inspections for corporate accounts.
- Negotiate with customers and manage contracts for individual and group business.
- Analyze sales and marketing results, proposing corrective actions when necessary.
- Research and disseminate industry data and developments relevant to hotel business opportunities.
- Entertain decision-makers and participate in promotional activities.
- Maintain a customer database system to track sales activities.
- Prepare sales action plans and participate in training programs.
- Cross-sell other Kempinski Hotels and participate in promotional events.
- Prepare weekly activity reports detailing sales calls and business development efforts.
Qualifications:We seek a candidate with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales in the hospitality industry. Previous experience in sales or related fields is preferred.
