Join PaxOcean as a Financial Comptroller! In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing end-to-end finance operations ensuring strong financial controls and compliance aligned with the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily finance operations and ensure alignment with company objectives, policies, and budgets.
- Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs while managing financial risks.
- Perform credit risk analysis and ensure compliance with financial policies across operations.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting including variance analysis.
- Prepare and submit quarterly VAT and manage annual tax compliance activities in accordance with ZATCA laws.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks.
Key Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience, with at least 3 years in an operational finance role.
- Experience in leading a team of at least 5 staff.
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills are preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to collaborate effectively and manage multiple priorities.
Education: Bachelors in Accounting or Business Administration is required.
