As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in organizing office operations and providing support to our associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize office and assist associates with day-to-day activities.
- Arrange meetings and appointments.
- Provide support in arranging hotels for company training events.
- Support onboarding of customers and staff, including OFAC compliance and job cards.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Backup Eurasia regional teammates as needed.
- Manage contract administration.
- Maintain database(s).
Qualifications: Candidates should have prior experience in industry safety norms and maintenance of personal protective equipment.
