Join our team as a Human Resources Manager!We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee all HR functions within the hospitality organization. Your role will ensure the attraction, development, and retention of a high-performing workforce, supporting operational excellence by aligning HR strategies with service standards and guest satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with hospitality industry best practices.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for hospitality roles including front office, F&B, housekeeping, culinary, engineering, and administration.
- Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to meet service quality and brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Lead performance management processes and talent development initiatives.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee records with finance and operations teams.
- Implement training and development programs focused on service excellence and leadership development.
- Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and staff scheduling in coordination with department heads.
- Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
- Advise management on HR best practices and change management.
- Conduct HR audits and prepare HR reports for senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Experience managing a diverse, multicultural workforce.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
