Role SummaryThe Urban Master Planning Engineer will be responsible for:
- Supporting the preparation and development of urban master plans and land-use strategies.
- Conducting zoning studies and development control assessments.
- Assisting in municipal investment studies and feasibility assessments.
- Coordinating with governmental authorities and project stakeholders.
- Preparing planning reports and technical documentation.
- Utilizing planning tools for spatial analysis and mapping.
Candidate RequirementsThe ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning or a related field.
- Professional Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in urban master planning.
- Strong knowledge of land-use planning and zoning regulations.
- Experience with spatial analysis tools like ArcGIS or QGIS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
